This skin fermented Sauvignon Blanc from Chris Barth tastes of orange peel and honey. The grapes were allowed to ferment on the skins for 14 days, which makes the wine wonderfully intense. Almost like whiskey!

Until a few years ago, Christopher Barth worked in the IT industry and had little to do with wine. That he would one day be a winemaker himself - this thought was far away.
