Milan and Simon met while studying biotechnology. During the day, they decoded yeast strains, and at night, they tested the results—so far, so student-like. At some point, the hangovers became annoying. In search of non-alcoholic alternatives, they came across sad, de-alcoholized wines and boring juice experiments. So they thought to themselves: Let's do something new!
