A very special Riesling
Pauline and Carl already make a wonderful Riesling. This one is even bigger: for this special wine, the two of them used only 40-year-old vines with tiny grapes. The wine was also allowed to rest a little longer than usual. The result: a focused, mature and mineral Riesling. Thank you for this gem!

Pauline grew up in her parents' winery. After school, it was clear that she wanted to get away: learn new things, see the unknown. After studying communication design in The Hague, she spent time in Berlin and Paris. But Pauline soon realized: I want to go back. Back to wine.
