We are a little bit in love with Arnold. At just 22 years old, the youngster took over his parents' Weingut Eschenhof Holzer in the heart of the Wagram region, thus continuing the business in the fifth generation. Inspired by the young international wine scene, he created a fresh design with a new, cool look. But Arnold can do more than just marketing: his wines are also simply ingenious. Fruity, showcasing the variety, and always exciting - especially exciting: his RAW Petnat in the 0.5 bail bottle. Absolute recommendation!

The Wagram winegrowing region stretches along the Danube to the gates of Vienna. The soil on which the vines grow dates back to the Ice Age and provides the perfect conditions for making beautifully elegant and sometimes full-bodied wines. These loess terraces face south and are adorned with lush green vines in summer. The main star in this region? Grüner Veltiner a.k.a. GV a.k.a. Veltliner! Here it is mostly fruity, aromatic and also often more intense than elsewhere. But no need to worry, Arnold von Eschenhof Holzer knows how to handle it. Try it!
