As specialists in Austrian natural wines, there was one winemaker who simply had to be included in our selection: Christian Tschida. Unfortunately, it took a long time to get the collaboration off the ground. But now the time has finally come: Tschida at 8greenbottles. And in the best Austrian company. Lake Neusiedl, Austria

Not far from Vienna, a fabulously diverse world unfolds in the east of Austria. From the steppe lakes to the endless expanses of the Pannonian lowlands to the colorful vineyards that spread across Burgenland. The Neusiedlersee wine-growing region lies in the north-east. Yep, the name says it all here. The huge steppe lake has an incredible influence on the climate in the region - it can get pretty hot! The landscape here is mostly hilly and on nice days you can see as far as Hungary. The perfect environment for Tschida's wines!
