Until a few years ago, Christopher Barth worked in the IT industry and had little to do with wine. That he would one day be a winemaker himself - this thought was far away. But a sad stroke of fate wanted it differently: When his uncle suddenly died, it was unclear who would take over the small vineyard. Chris stepped into the breach. So, away from the computer and towards the vines! Important insights followed, improvements, certainly also some mistakes, but also: successes. Chris' wines are elegant, puristic and unadorned.
