Sommelière Nina had a problem: she was looking for exciting non-alcoholic drinks to accompany the food at her pop-up restaurant in Hamburg. But somehow she couldn't find anything that really suited her. Either the bottles were too sweet, too artificial, or simply too boring. So Nina decided to take matters into her own hands and created non-alcoholic drinks based on water kefir and herbal tea that really pack a punch. Complex, spicy, wild—and definitely not boring. And so JO%YZ was born! Full drinking pleasure with 0% alcohol. So, what will it be? Red or white?
